* At 433 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bloomington, Rantoul, Hoopeston, Le Roy, Heyworth, Fisher, Rossville, Downs, Gifford, McLean, Potomac, Saybrook, Stanford, Rankin, Ludlow, Bellflower, Arrowsmith, Henning, Ellsworth and Foosland. This includes the following highways... Interstate 55 between mile markers 143 and 157. Interstate 57 between mile markers 250 and 257. Interstate 74 between mile markers 134 and 154.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CHAMPAIGN ... MCLEAN ... VERMILION
