OWI 4th Offense Arrest
On 08/19/17 at 2120 hours, a vehicle traveling northbound in the 500 block of N. Pearl St. struck a legally parked vehicle. Investigating officers located the driver on-scene who showed signs of impairment by intoxicants. The driver failed standardized field sobriety tests and refused a preliminary breath test. The driver had a 0.02 BAC restriction from previous alcohol related convictions.
Troy Brewster was subsequently arrested for OWI-4th offense. A check of his driving history showed 3 prior convictions. A sample of his blood was taken for evidentiary chemical testing. The results of the test are pending. Brewster is currently at the Rock County Jail.
