The Plains Water and Sewer District will be CLOSING Roy Avenue between Pepper Lane and South Street in The Plains at 8:00AM until 4:00 PM tomorrow, Friday, August 18th. The roadway is being closed for water line utility work in the area. Please avoid this area.
