On 8-15-2017, deputies with the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Road Patrol Division, Sgt. D. Edwards, Cpl. T. Greene, Deputy Z. Walker, Deputy A. Weathers with the assistance of the Sheriff’s Criminal Interdiction Team, Sgt. T. Martin, Cpl. M Owens, and Deputy W. Chavez-Perez, executed a search warrant at 2207 Ellenboro-Henrietta Road to locate and arrest Jordan Roger Ledford.
On 8-14-2017, Jordan Roger Ledford fled from deputies in a vehicle and then on foot by running into the woods in the area of Walnut Street in Henrietta.
Deputies gathered enough information and evidence as to Jordan’s location and were able to secure a search warrant for 2207 Ellenboro-Henrietta Road.
Jordan was located inside the residence, hiding under a bed.
Jordan Roger Ledford, 17, is currently in the Rutherford County Detention Facility with a secured bond of $261,000.00.
Jordan’s charges consist of Resist/Obstruct Public Officer, Reckless Driving to Endanger, Speeding, (4) counts Failure to Appear on Felony, (9) counts Failure to Appear on Misdemeanor.
Also arrested:
Kimberly Renee Ledford,54, mother of Jordan, charged with (1) count Resist/Obstruct Public Officer. She received a $1,000.00 secured bond.
Hoyt Vernon Collins, Jr,55, charged with (1) count Resist/Obstruct Public Officer. He received a $1,000.00 secured bond.
