Haubstadt man arrested for disorderly conduct.
On August 14, 2017, at 5:16 p.m. Gibson County law enforcement officers were dispatched to the area of Race and Gibson Streets in Haubstadt, Indiana. Upon arriving in the area officers found 31 year old Austin Marion in an intoxicated state. Upon speaking with Mr. Marion he became irate and disorderly with officers. After a brief investigation Mr. Marion was taken into custody by Deputy U.B. Smith and transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Disorderly Conduct. He remains in custody on a $550 bond.
Assisting Deputy Smith in his investigation were deputies from the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office, Haubstadt Police Department, Fort Branch Police Department, and Princeton Police Department.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
