Scheduled Emergency Preparedness Full Scale Exercise
TRAINING EXERCISE ONLY

Wood County in conjunction with Wisconsin Rapids, Assumption School and Aspirus Hospital and jurisdictional partners, will be hosting an Emergency Preparedness Full Scale Exercise in the area of:
Assumption School (445 Chestnut St.) and
Aspirus Hospital (410 Dewey St.)
Times: 7:00am-1:00pm
Date: Thursday, August 17th, 2017.

We wish to make the public aware that this is a TRAINING EXERCISE ONLY and to advise the community of increased activity for emergency response vehicle traffic throughout the exercise area including Aspirus Hospital, Assumption High School and East Jr. High School.

Many local emergency personnel including law enforcement and medical personnel will participate in this training exercise to aid in the assessing skills and plans for emergency response in a community crisis. Areas around the school may have limited ac cess during the exercise.
