4th Offense OWI Arrest 
On 08-12-17 at 1:07 a.m. Janesville Police Officers stopped a vehicle in the parking ramp at 13 N. Parker Dr. for speeding. The driver, Michael Fullerton, showed signs of intoxication. Michael refused field sobriety tests and was arrested for 4th offense OWI. Michael was held at the Rock County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
