Redwood City Police Arrest Two Persons for Attempted Murder 
On August 10, 2017, at approximately 0145 hours, Redwood City Police officers responded to the 3500 block of Hoover Street on a report of a disturbance. When officers arrived, they encountered an 18 year old male with multiple gunshot wounds. That male was transported to a nearby hospital and is currently in stable condition.
As a result of the ensuing investigation, a 16 year old male juvenile and a 19 year old adult male, Jose Correa of East Palo Alto, were arrested and booked into juvenile hall and jail, respectively, for attempted murder.
Detectives were able to develop information that the victim and the suspects were engaged in a drug sale transaction when the shooting occurred. There are no outstanding suspects or other injured parties associated to this investigation.
