07/31/2017 @ 10:15 pm.  Two men were standing on the sidewalk when they were approached from behind by two men. The suspects pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded his watch and the victim complied.  Both suspects then ran WB on Melrose Avenue and NB on Westbourne Drive and out of view.  Loss $30K.  #04096

08/01/2017 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm.  An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a handbag containing a laptop computer and camera from the rear passenger’s seat.  Loss $4800.  #04113

08/02/20017 @ 6:02 pm - 6:07 pm.  An unknown suspect removed merchandise from the parking lot. The stolen items had been recently delivered and were left unsecured in the parking lot.  Loss $4K. #04127

08/02/2017 – 08/04/2017.  An unknown suspect used an unlocked front door to gain entry and removed a laptop computer, cell phone, television, and camera from the bedroom.  Loss $4600.  #04181

08/02/2017 @ 8:00 pm - 9:15 pm.  An unknown suspect smashed the rear lift gate window and removed two bags containing clothing, sunglasses, and medication from the rear storage area.  Loss $3500. #04134

08/03/2017 @ 4:30 am.  A man used an unlocked patio door to gain entrance and removed a cell phone, credit cards and $400 cash from the living room.  The victim was home and saw the suspect inside of the residence before he ran away.  The cell phone was recovered outside of the residence.  Loss $400.  #04141

8200 block De Longpre Avenue
08/05/2017 @ 11:16 pm.  A male transient used an unlocked front door to gain entry and ransacked the apartment.  The victim came home and heard the suspect inside of his residence.  Deputies responded but did not approach the residence because there were several unsecured loaded firearms inside of the residence.  The suspect refused to leave the apartment and a lengthy standoff began, which ended 12 hours later after the suspect surrendered to deputies. #04190

08/05/2017 @ 3:30 pm - 4:15 pm.  An unknown suspect smashed the front passenger’s side window and removed a purse containing a wallet and makeup from the front seat.  Loss $700.  #04186

08/06/2017 @ 10:30 pm.  A man was walking through the alley when a male transient approached him and demanded his cell phone.  The victim refused and was punched two times in the face by the suspect. The suspect then ran SB on Fairfax Avenue.  Responding deputies located and arrested the suspect.  No loss.  #04209
