The following information is being sent on behalf of the Rutherford County Veteran Service Office.
It has been brought to the attention of the Rutherford County Veteran Service Office that phone calls are being made soliciting money for a program supporting jobless veterans.
The caller states that the program has different giving levels, Gold, Silver, Bronze or that any amount can be given.
Though this is similar to the Rutherford County Veteran Services Community Partnership Program, it is not the same program.
Rutherford County Veteran Services DOES NOT solicit money over the phone from individuals.
The Community Partnership Program is aimed at involving businesses in the community to show support to our veterans in Rutherford County.
