Janesville Police arrest Westfield resident for fleeing, OWI 4th, and possession with intent to deliver cocaine and methamphetamine. 
On 8/6/17 at 2:36 AM Officer Radloff observed a vehicle being driven by Nicholas Lavore driving recklessly in the area of Parker Drive and E. Court Street. Officer Radloff initiated a traffic stop on Lavore in the area of E. Court Street and Atwood. Lavore fled three blocks while throwing baggies out of his window. The baggies were later determined to be 5 grams of cocaine and 3 grams of methamphetamine. Lavore stopped his vehicle and was taken into custody without incident. Lavore was held at the Rock County Jail on the below mentioned charges:
• Felony 4th Offense operating while intoxicated
• Felony fleeing
• Felony possession with intent to deliver cocaine
• Felony possession with intent to deliver
• Probation violation
Lavore was also cited for open intoxicates.
