Missing OCCC work furlough inmate Martin Williams arrested. He faces an escape charge added to his record.

Honolulu Police arrested missing Oahu Community Correctional Center (OCCC) work furlough inmate Martin Williams last night. Williams left Module 20 on July 9 to go to work and failed to return at his scheduled return time of 4:30 p.m. Once processed by HPD, he will be returned to OCCC.

Williams is serving time for Promoting a Dangerous Drug 2. He now faces an additional escape charge.

Williams is a community custody inmate in the work furlough program with pass privileges. Community custody is the lowest classification status.
