Sex Offender Release and Relocation
According to the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections (DCC), Derek A Tabbert, 33, will be released to 1214 Cherry St., Janesville, WI on August 15, 2017.
Tabbert was convicted of Fourth Degree Sexual Assault on October 5, 2001, First Degree Sexual Assault of a Child on April 9, 2002, and Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child on April 9, 2002.
While placed at 1214 Cherry St., Janesville, WI, conditions of Tabbert’s supervision includes, but are not limited to: No unapproved activities in the community without prior approval of the DCC Supervising Agent; No contact with minors; No patronizing taverns, bars or liquor stores; No contact with victims; Not to consume alcohol or drugs; Comply with standard sex offender rules; and Cooperate with GPS monitoring.
