07/25/2017 @ 7:30AM. A tenant removed kitchen appliances, two televisions, stereo equipment, and a computer from the apartment. Loss $12K. #03975
 
Armed Robbery
8400 block Santa Monica Blvd
07/25/2017 @ 3:00AM-4:00AM. A man was charging his cell phone when a man approached him and demanded his property. A struggle ensued for the victims backpack and the suspect was pepper sprayed in the face by the victim. The suspect released the backpack and the victim ran from the area. No loss. #03998

07/25/2017 @ 9:30PM-11:43PM. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a handbag containing a laptop computer, platinum ring, and diamond ring from the rear floorboard area. Loss $42K. #03959

07/28/2017 @ 9:30PM-10:45PM. An unknown suspect smashed the rear glass door to gain entry and ransacked the interior. The suspect removed cufflinks and perfume from the bedroom. Loss $8K. #04026

07/28/2017 – 07/29/2017.  Unknown time.  An unknown suspect used a garage window to gain access to the attached garage and attempted to pry a door open that’s leads to the residence but was unsuccessful. No loss. #04033

07/28/2017 @ 7:00PM-10:00PM. An unknown suspect ransacked the interior and removed a cell phone and sunglasses from the center console. No sign of forced entry. Loss $450. #04035

07/28/2017 @ 4:30PM-10:00PM. An unknown suspect removed spare change from the center console and an unloaded handgun from the trunk of the vehicle. No sign of forced entry. Loss $800. #04036

07/29/2017 @ 3:40PM. An unknown suspect cut the lock and removed a fanny pack containing credit cards, passport, sunglasses, and a pipe from the gym locker. Loss $385. #04046

Strong Armed Robbery
Gardner Street / Santa Monica Blvd
07/30/2017 @ 3:23PM.  A man was walking SB on Gardner Street with another man when he was pushed to the ground from behind by two suspects. The suspects took the victims debit card and ran from the area. Loss $800 (damaged phone). #04073
 
Armed Robbery (Suspects Arrested)
600 block La Peer Drive
07/30/2017 @ 8:13PM.  A man was sitting in his car when two men approached him armed with a handgun and demanded his property. The victim ran from the car and the suspects removed a backpack and cellphone from the vehicle and fled the area. Deputies responded, located and arrested both suspects. The victim’s cell phone and backpack were recovered. Deputies also recovered two handguns used by the suspects during the robbery. #04078
