(On 08/01/17 at approximately 0941 hours, Meyers drove his vehicle into the coned off road construction area at 3rd and Benton. When told to stop by one of the construction employees, Meyers stated that he was going to pull into the Albertsons parking lot. Meyers was told that he needed to go around the block as he could not go through the active construction zone. Meyers continued to disregard the direction given by the construction employee. The construction employee then stood in front of Meyers’ vehicle and Meyers told him to move. When the employee did not move, Meyers started pushing the employee with his vehicle until the employee got out of the way).
