The Town of Boonton Police Department wants to remind you that National Night Out is happening TOMORROW Tuesday August 1st at 6:30 PM until 10:30 PM. The event will be held on Lathrop Ave. at John Hill School.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. Together, we are making that happen. So come out and meet your neighbors, friends and the members of the local Emergency Services which include the Boonton Police Department, Boonton Fire Department, Kiwanis First Aid squad and others!

The event will also present an outdoor movie, Disney’s “MOANA,” which is scheduled to begin at dusk (8:00 pm). Popcorn, pretzels, frozen ice, water, juice and soda will be available. The police department and fire department will also provide children with individual identification cards. The fields will be open during the hours of the event for families to gather and our attendees will further be provided glow wristbands and National Night Out wristbands. Bring your own chairs and blankets for the show!
