Owensville man arrested on multiple charges.

On July 27, 2017, at 1:37 p.m., Gibson County Central Dispatch received a call reporting that a Red Ford Ranger had ran a vehicle off the roadway and that the truck had came to rest in the median on US 41 near County Road 350 South. Deputy Bryan Small and observed drug paraphernalia in the lap of the driver of the truck 25 year old Michael Binhack’s lap. At that point Deputy Small with the assistance of the Princeton Police Department and Indiana State Police began an investigation that lead to the arrest of Mr. Binhack for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Possession of a Synthetic Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Paraphernalia. Mr. Binhack remains in custody at the Gibson County Jail on a $650 bond.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
