...A FLOOD WARNING FOR SMALL STREAMS REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 845 AM EDT FOR SOUTH CENTRAL BERKELEY COUNTY... At 612 AM EDT, reporting gauges indicated flooding across the area. Mill Creek near Bunker Hill is still in flood, although it has crested. Henshaw Road is flooded under Interstate 81. Other streams in the area feeding into Openquon Creek may also be experiencing flooding. Some locations that may experience flooding include... Martinsburg, Inwood, Vanville, Ridgeway, Martinsburg Airport and Bunker Hill.
