Full Notification

We are expanding our Nixle service by adding an additional (and separate)  opt-in so you can receive news about additional Town social and entertainment events (i.e., the Park and Rec Concert Series, SVFD annual ball, events at the Sherman Library and Senior Center, and Sherman School events open to the public). 

To sign up for this new service, please text 06784events to the same Nixle number 888-777 to opt in today.  Please note: if you are currently a Sherman Nixle subscriber and do nothing, your messaging topics and frequency will remain the same.  Remember you can also sign up for email notifications at Nixle.com and choose resident signup.  The primary nixle subscription that is already in service will remain for Town-related administrative items (road closures, referendums, town meetings and emergencies).   Your BOS will continue to look for efficient and effective ways to expand and use our Nixle service to help engage with our community!
