COSTA MESA, Calif. – On Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at approximately 3:15 p.m., Costa Mesa Police Department (CMPD) officers arrested Thompson after he attempted to sell two grams of heroin to an undercover officer at the 700 block of W. Wilson Street.
