The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... San Bernardino County in southern California... Riverside County in southern California...
* Until 1045 PM PDT
* At 744 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly, especially for Highway 62.
* Flash flooding will remain over mainly Highway 62 and rural areas of San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
* AFFECTED AREAS: RIVERSIDE ... SAN BERNARDINO
Instructions:
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
