Please Help Us Find 75 yr-old Shirley Black - Missing - Walk Away with Dementia 
75 year-old Shirley Black walked away from her new home in the 1000 block of S. Palmetto Ave in Ontario.
She was last seen at the Donut Star on Mountain Ave near the 60 freeway, at 0630 this morning. Shirley suffers from dementia and she is diabetic.
