Traffic stop leads to multiple Marijuana arrests.
On July 21, 2017, at 6:41 p.m. Deputy U.B. Smith conducted a traffic stop on a Maroon 2000 Dodge Durango SUV for littering. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Smith detected the odor of burnt Marijuana coming from within the vehicle. At that point Deputy Smith began a roadside drug investigation that resulted in the arrest of
18 year old Nickolas Green of Princeton for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
22 year old Tyler Huebner of Princeton for Possession of Marijuana.
18 year old Braden Martinez of Princeton for Possession of Marijuana.
18 year old Dawson Wesson of Princeton for Possession of Marijuana.
20 year old Molly Mroz of Princeton for Possession of Marijuana
All suspects were taken to the Gibson County Jail where they were each held on a $550 bond. Deputy Smith was assisted in his investigation by Sgt. Roger Ballard of the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office as well as Princeton Officers Jason Swan and Bobby Wood.
