Advisory

The Township of Denville will be paving Florence Ave, Menaugh Ave and Cambridge Ave on Monday 7/24.

The Township of Denville will continue their annual road resurfacing project on Monday, July 24th. On that date, Florence Avenue (between Cedar Lake East and Spring Street), Menaugh Avenue and Cambridge Avenue (from Copeland Road to Canterbury Road – including the Canterbury Intersection) will be paved. These roads will be closed for periods of time while the work is being completed; this will make it difficult and sometimes impossible for vehicles to travel through the affected areas. The Denville Police Department will have officers assigned to Florence Avenue and Menaugh Avenue for the purpose of restoring the flow of traffic whenever possible. To avoid delays in exiting your neighborhood, the best course of action is for residents to make alternative parking arrangements outside of the paving area. The paving will begin at 7:00 am and conclude sometime later that day. Although all of the streets will not be paved simultaneously, we are asking residents to refrain from parking on the street on Sunday night and Monday during the day.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes and we appreciate your patience.

For a complete list of additional roads scheduled for resurfacing, please visit the township website at www.denvillenj.org.
