City to place top HMA pavement course this Friday(7/21) for Seneca and Osceola in the Manitou Circle neighborhood (weather permitting). 
The City of Norton Shores wishes to notify you that its contractor plans to place the top HMA pavement course on Seneca and Osceola in the Manitou Circle neighborhood on Friday July 21, 2017 (weather dependent). Access and travel thru the affected street will be limited during the work with traffic controlled by cones and flagging operations. Delays are to be expected.
