MAIN & CHESTNUT LOOP DETECTOR INSTALL 
The City of Oneonta will be installing a loop detector starting at 4:00 AM tomorrow, July 20th and will be done by 7:00 AM. Department of Public Service will close Main Street off just before 4:00 AM and reopen once the contractor is finished.
