On July 17, 2017 at 5:58 P.M. it was reported that a theft of baby formula had just occurred at the CVS Pharmacy located at 3935 E. Cochran St. The Simi Valley Police Department was informed that three female suspects stole the baby formula and were seen driving away from the store. A description of the vehicle as well as the license plate was broadcast to officers in the field. Within a short time, Officer Brett Ryan observed the car traveling on Los Angeles Ave near Church St. A stop of the car was conducted and the three occupants were taken into custody. A large quantity of baby formula was recovered from the car. The suspects are all residents of Los Angeles. 18 year old Mya Usher, 20 year old Morgan Pecantte and 21 year old Champagne Dubose were all booked for conspiracy and shoplift at the Ventura County Jail.
