Hubbard Ave will remain closed Mon-Fri between 7am and 4:30pm for approx. the next three weeks while Kiely Construction installs piping. 
J. Fletcher Creamer will be wrapping up their portion of construction on Hubbard Ave, but Kiely will be resuming where they left off. Kiely should be working for approximately the next three weeks to install piping prior to the repaving which is scheduled to take place by the end of the summer. Detours that are currently in place will remain the same.
