Burglary

On 7/17/17 at 0314 hours, Johnathan Galambos (30) of Hulmeville was arrested for Burglary, Criminal Trespass and Criminal Mischief for an incident in the 900 block of Avenue C, Parkland. He was arraigned by D.J. Kelly and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Defiant Trespass

On 7/14/17 at 2304 hours at the J.C. Penney’s store at the Oxford Valley Mall, Oliver Nyari (37) of Fairless Hills was arrested for Defiant Trespass and False Identification to Law Enforcement. Arrest to proceed by summons.

DUI

On 7/16/17 at 0255 hours on New Falls Road at Quarry Road, Michael Kuzemka (39) of Levittown was arrested for DUI. Arrest to proceed by summons.

On 7/15/17 at 1440 hours at 922 S. Woodbourne Road, Matthew Bason (25) of Levittown was arrested for DUI. Arrest to proceed by summons.

Theft of Service

On 7/16/17 at 1042 hours in the parking lot of the Giant food store, 4001 New Falls Road, Jusin Evens (25) of Levittown was cited for Theft of Service for failing to pay for a taxi ride.

Retail Theft

On 7/15/17 at 1908 hours, Jedina Bryant (35) and Tyesha Jacobs (33) both of the Bronx, NY were arrested for Retail Theft at Sesame Place for stealing $399.01 worth of merchandise. Arrest to proceed by summons.

On 7/15/17 at 2050 hours, Nydia Bryant (43) of Philadelphia was arrested for Retail Theft at Sesame Place for stealing $125.71 worth of merchandise. She was issued a citation and released.

On 7/15/17 at 2115 hours, Nicholas Velez (26) of Newark, NJ was arrested for Retail Theft at Sesame Place for stealing $156.87 worth of merchandise. Arrest to proceed by summons.

Crimes

Criminal Mischief

Sometime overnight on 715/17 someone smashed (12) mailboxes on Oakwynne Terrace and Rugby Drive.

Criminal Mischief to Vehicle

Sometime between 1200 and 1930 hours on 7/14/17 someone cut the soft window on a Jeep Wrangler parked in the Chesterfield Apartments parking lot. Damage is estimated at $200.

Sometime between 1700 hours on 7/14 and 1000 hours on 7/15/17 someone broke a piece of plastic from the front of a van parked in front of David’s Flowers, 2048 E. Old Lincoln Highway, Langhorne.

Theft From Vehicle

Sometime between 2300 hours on 7/14 and 0800 hours on 7/15/17 someone entered an unlocked 2014 Dodge Charger parked in the 100 block of Hollybrooke Drive and stole a phone charger, GoPro charger, bottle of cologne and business cards. Total loss is $130.

Retail Theft

2030 hours on 7/14/17 someone stole an Air Jordan 11 Retro sneaker from Soleville at the Oxford Valley Mall. The sneaker is valued at $310.
