W. Coast Hwy #1 lane in both directions closed between Tustin & Balboa Bay for SCE emergency work through the weekend.

Southern California Edison will be doing emergency work on W. Coast Hwy between Tustin and Balboa Bay through the weekend.  The #1 lane will be closed on both sides of W. Coast Hwy.  If you have questions regarding this please contact Southern California Edison.
