The City of Oneonta Department of Public Service will be repairing the concrete pavement on Neahwa Place, at the Mill Race levee flood gate, next week. As of 7:00 a.m. on Monday, July 17^th, Neahwa Place will be closed to all traffic at the bridge. As such, Neahwa Park may only be accessed from Market St until the completion of the project. Carbon St will remain accessible at all times.
