Joshua Mirka is a Registered Sex Offender who failed to report to the Department of Corrections on 7/12/17 as scheduled. He is also a suspect in an eluding that occurred on 7/9/17 with Clallam County Sheriff's Deputy Tomco.
Mirka is 6'1, 200lbs with Brown Hair and Hazel eyes.
