Janesville Police report localized street flooding all over the city. Please use caution as high water has caused numerous vehicles to become disabled. The storm sewers were not able to keep up with the heavy rain which caused the flooding. Some manhole covers have come dislodged and may be missing. Use caution until the water recedes. The Department of Public Works has been notified.
