Anonymous tip leads to identification of Hit and Run suspect 
On 07-09-17 the Janesville Police Department received an anonymous tip regarding the Hit and Run to pedestrian accident that occurred at Mt. Zion / Excalibur on 07-08-17.
The anonymous person said they believed the suspect was Kelsey Williams. Officers were able to make contact with Kelsey, who was cooperative with the investigation. The suspect vehicle, Kelsey's white Mercury Milan, was located behind her residence.
As a result of the investigation Kelsey Williams was arrested for Hit and Run Involving Injury. Kelsey was released from the Janesville Police Department with a court date.
