A 16 wheeler has hit power poles while exiting the freeway at the 405 North freeway exit to Temple Avenue. Some lanes have been opened, but traffic is backed up and most vehicles are exiting and travelling through Signal Hill on Willow Street or Spring Street. There is a road closure at Temple Avenue and 28th Street.
Instructions:
If at all possible avoid the area of Temple Avenue and Spring Street and the surrounding area.
