"Early this morning the Tehachapi Police Department was called to the 400 block of Norht Mill St. regarding the discovery of a possible explosive device. We are currently evacuating the area and awaiting the arrival of the KCSO Bomb Squad. We will provide further information as it becomes available." Chief Kent Kroeger
