Summary:

On July 2, 2017, deputies from the Barstow Station responded to a report of a man with a gun at a residence on the 25000 Goodwater Court in Lenwood.

Tyler Segura got into an argument at the location with the victim. During the argument Tyler retrieved a firearm from the residence and threatened to shoot the victim.Tyler walked to the front yard of the residence and shot the victim's vehicle three times before fleeing the scene.Deputies responding to the incident, located Tyler's vehicle travelling on Main Street in the Lenwood area.They conducted a vehicle stop and detained Tyler for further investigation. Tyler was positively identified by the victim and witnesses as the suspect.He was placed under arrest and transported to the Barstow Jail, where he was booked for assault with a deadly weapon, criminal threats, shooting at an unoccupied vehicle, felony vandalism, felon in possession of a firearm and a parole violation.
