Final top pavement course placement for Grand Haven Road between Sternberg and Hile postponed until Thursday July 6th. Expect delays. 
The City of Norton Shores wishes to notify you that its contractor has postponed the placement of the top bituminous pavement course on Grand Haven Road between Sternberg Road and Hile Road until Thursday morning July 6, 2017 due to issues at their plant. Access and travel through this area will be controlled by cones and flagging operations and delays are to be expected. Please note that southbound Harvey Street between Hile and Ellis is open to traffic if you wish to avoid the work area (southbound traffic only).
