Traffic Alert: Powell Street closed west of Watergate Towers, Frontage Rd closed north and southbound from Point Emery to Chevy's access 
Powell St and Frontage Road traffic is impacted due to the Fourth of July fireworks displays. Powell Street is closed to traffic, except for residents, west of the entrance to Watergate Towers. Frontage Road is closed to all vehicle traffic from Point Emery to the Chevy's access road at I80.
REMEMBER ALL FIREWORKS ARE ILLEGAL IN THE CITY OF EMERYVILLE.
