DUI, Possession of Controlled Substances

2122 hours on 7/2/17 James Krieger (30) of Feasterville was arrested for DUI and Possession of Controlled Substances and Drug Paraphernalia after being involved in an accident on Tempo Road at Woodbourne Road. Arrest to proceed by summons.

DUI

1850 hours on 6/30/17 Eric Konyves (44) of Langhorne was arrested for DUI in the 500 block of Ford Avenue. Arrest to proceed by summons.

0240 hours on 7/2/17 Christyna Robison (27) of Trenton, NJ was arrested for DUI on Rt. 213 at S. Flowers Mill Road. Arrest to proceed by summons.

Retail Theft

1410 hours on 7/2/17 Kizzy Underwood (38) of Brooklyn, NY was arrested for retail theft at Sesame Place for stealing $264.11 worth of merchandise. She was arraigned before .D.J. Kline and sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of 10% of 15,000 bail.

1600 hours on 6/24/17 Kimberly Carr (29) of Brooklyn, NY was arrested for retail theft at Sesame Place for stealing $210.40 worth of merchandise. Summons and released.

1650 hours on 6/30/17 Shaylin Abreu (27) of Bronx, NY was arrested for retail theft at Sesame Place for stealing $129.98 worth of merchandise. She was issued a citation and released.

2024 hours on 7/2/17 Tracey Nerenberg (37) of Philadelphia was arrested for retail theft at Sesame Place for stealing $109.75 worth of merchandise. She was issued a citation and released.

Retail Theft

1930 hours on 6/30/17 at the H&M store at the Oxford Valley Mall a b/m/20, 5’9”, wearing a black shirt and yellow hat stole $500 worth of clothing. When he was confronted by store personnel he threatened them and left with the merchandise.

Theft

1515 hours on 7/1/17 in the McDonalds parking lot on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne a b/m/30-35 with braided hair took $225 from the victim for a cell phone. The victim opened the box after the transaction and there was no phone inside it.

Sometime between 2300 and 0000 on 7/1/17 someone stole victim’s Apple watch from the United Artists Theater, 403 Middletown Boulevard, Langhorne.

Criminal Mischief

2254 hours on 6/29 a w/m, wearing a light-color t-shirt and pants put something in the front door locks of the Michaels store, 2424 E. Lincoln Highway. The substance made the locks unusable.
