The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... Cuyahoga County in northeastern Ohio...
* Until 1230 AM EDT Saturday
* At 625 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. Several locations have areas of high water from earlier precipitation and two additional rounds of rain will only add to the flooding issues across the county. Several creeks, including Big Creek and West Creek, have seen water rises and water will likely overflow their banks shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cleveland, Parma, Lakewood, Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Strongsville, Westlake, North Royalton, Solon, Warrensville Heights, South Russell, Highland Hills, North Olmsted, Garfield Heights, Shaker Heights, Maple Heights, South Euclid, Parma Heights, Rocky River, Seven Hills and Broadview Heights.

Instructions:
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
