Deputies and San Bernardino County Probation Officers conduct a DUI Warrant Sweep

LOCATION: Throughout the City of Victorville
SUMMARY:
On June 28, 2017, between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM, Deputies from the Victorville Station and San Bernardino County Probation Officers conducted a DUI Warrant Sweep in the City of Victorville. The focus was to contact and arrest those individuals with outstanding arrest warrants for driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, as well as other violations.
The joint operation consisted of 11 law enforcement officers, working together to serve several arrest warrants throughout the city. Five wanted subjects were located and arrested for their warrants. During the operation, several pro-active traffic stops were also conducted for multiple traffic violations. Those stops resulted in several citations being issued and one vehicle being towed for registration that had been expired for several years.
