#009 Trespassing, Obstructing an Officer, Resisting and Battery on a Peace Officer

Ofc. Han and Ofc. Liu responded to Extended Stay America regarding Tracy Webb (F49) who had been issued a trespass warning in the past at the property and was again refusing to leave.  The first arriving officer contacted Webb who immediately threw coffee at him.  She was quickly detained on the ground until additional officers responded.  Webb was ultimately placed in the WRAP and transported to Santa Rita Jail.  Webb was booked for Trespassing, Obstructing an Officer, Resisting and Battery on a Peace Officer

#013 Stolen Bicycle

Sgt. Cortes was in the area of Mowry/Paseo when he was flagged down by a citizen who’s $2,000 road bike had just been stolen from in front of a coffee shops.  Officer Dennis responded and investigated the case.  The bike was described as a road bike with flowers on the frame.

#028 Battery 

A female who was in front of a residence on Mattos Dr. when a transient female, later identified as Sinoloa Guzman (F32), picks up a large river rock and throws it at the victim hitting her in the head.  The attacks appears to be completely unprovoked and the suspect fled on foot from the scene.  A neighbor who witnessed the attack followed the suspect until officers caught up with Guzman near the Fire station on Central Ave.  Guzman was positively identified and was taken into custody for battery, providing false information to a police officer and a probation violation.  The victim sustained a contusion on her head from the impact of the rock and was checked at the scene by Fremont Fire.   Investigated by Ofc. Liu and supervised by Sgt. Lawrence.

#029 Warrant Arrest 

Sgt. O’Connell conducted a pedestrian stop and Jeffrey Carlin (M47) was subsequently arrested for his trespassing warrant out of Tuolome County.

#039 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Arrest

Officer Floresca and FTO Harvey conducted a pedestrian stop and Lance Anderson (M24) was subsequently arrested for possession drug paraphernalia and his active warrant for the same violation.

#033 Warrant Service 

Officers responded to a report of suspicious vehicle in the area of Posada Way.  Three people were detained.  Lorren McDonald (M37) was arrested for his drug related warrants.  Case investigated by Ofc. Rodriguez.

#037 Warrant Arrest

Officers responded to a non-injury collision where one of the drivers did not possess a driver’s license or vehicle insurance. Officers contacted the involved parties and arrested  Juan Lopez (M22) for a no bail domestic violence warrant.

#005 Commercial Burglary 

Fremont Fire spotted a male committing a commercial burglary on Fremont Bl. near Papazian Way.  The male had socks on his hands and a shirt wrapped around his face.  The male ran into the drainage canal between Fremont Bland Lincoln Ct. and was not located.  

The midnight shift responded to three separate mental health calls, which resulted in placing three individuals on mental health holds.
