A number of services are available at the Police Building, including:
• Report a non-emergency incident
• Have a mechanical violation signed off
• Obtain a copy of a Police Report
• Submit a California Public Records Act request
• Apply for a Residential Parking Permit
• Fulfill registrant requirements (e.g. sexual offender, drug, arson, etc.)
• Ask a question of an on-duty Police Officer
• File a commendation, inquiry or complaint
• Register for a Police Activities League Program (Monday – Friday, 1:00-6:00pm)
In addition, the following services are available online at www.scpd.org:

• Report a Traffic Issue
• Report an Abandoned Vehicle
Meanwhile, the following services require an appointment:
• Dispose of unwanted or expired over the counter or prescription drugs, (408)615-4727
