(Harris County, TX) Harris County Sheriff’s Office Child Abuse Unit have charged 33-year-old Celso Jaimes (DOB 03/06/84) with two counts of sexual assault of a child.

Investigators say the allegations against Jaimes, came to light after his 15-year-old step-daughter made an outcry to a family member.

She told the witness that Jamies had been forcing her to have inappropriate sexual relations with him for at least 3 years.

HCSO deputies were called to the residence in the 1500 block of Little York in north Harris County.

Deputies interviewed the victim and outcry witness and turned the case over to CAU investigators.

Investigators and forensic interviewers were able to gather evidence and present the case to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.
Celso Jaimes has an open warrant for his arrest.

He is described as a Hispanic male, 6’2 in height and weighing 245Lbs.

He has black colored hair that may be shaved closely to the scalp.
