June 27 6AM Police non-emergency lines go down at least 45mins for new phone system; call 911 for ANY police matter 
On June 27 at 6AM, Westlake PD non-emergency phone lines will be down for at least 45 mins while a new phone system is installed. 911 lines will not be affected. Call 911 for ANY police matter until new system is up and running. Another notice will be sent when all phones are back in service. Your discretion would be greatly appreciated.
