Aggravated Assault on Police

0217 hours on 6/26/17 Ishmael Ali Burk, (26) of Levittown was arrested on New Falls Road by Veterans Highway for aggravated and simple assault on police after a brief traffic pursuit. Burk had been stopped for a traffic violation and was found to be wanted and drove off when the officers attempted to take him into custody. Burk was admitted to the hospital for injuries and for ingesting packets of heroin.

DUI

2303 hours on 6/23/17 Nicholas Paglaiccetti (33) of Levittown was arrested for DUI on Oxford Valley Road at Frosty Hollow Road. He will be charged via summons.

Retail Theft

1430 hours on 6/23/17 Malik Hill (27) of Philadelphia was arrested for retail theft at Sesame Place for stealing $355.09 worth of merchandise. Summons and released.

1600 hours on 6/24/17 Kimberly Carr (29) of Brooklyn, NY was arrested for retail theft at Sesame Place for stealing $210.40 worth of merchandise. Summons and released.

Burglary

Sometime between 1910 and 1930 hours on 6/24/17 in the 1000 block of Walsh Avenue someone stole a laptop computer and Amazon Fire stick. No forced entry.

Sometime on 6/21/17 someone stole $20 cash and two rings from a house in the 300 block of W. Swan Way. No forced entry.

Sometime between 6/24 and 6/25/17 someone broke into a house in the 900 block of Oakland Avenue through basement bilco doors. Nothing taken at this time.
