Sheriff's Office attempting to locate 78-year old missing Larkfield man with Dementia. 
The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate 78-year-old Blane Moore. Moore has dementia and he left his residence in the 400 block of Pheasant Lane in Larkfield at approximately 2:00 PM. Moore is to be considered as a missing person “At Risk” due to his age and medical related concerns.
Moore is driving a 2008 gold Toyota Avalon license plate 5AGL634. Moore was wearing a black t-shirt and beige shorts. Moore used a credit card to purchase gas in St. Helena at approximately 3:45 PM. Moore possibly could be traveling to southern California where he has relatives.
