Assistant Police Chief Dan Winter is in Sacramento at the Capitol today speaking on behalf of the Special Olympics Northern California Law Enforcement Torch Run. Assistant Chief Winter is the State Director of the Torch Run.
The 2017 Special Olympics Northern California Summer Games take place June 23-25 at U.C. Davis. Assistant Chief Winter will be on hand to present medals to the estimated 1,000 athletes competing in bocce, swimming, tennis and track & field.
