At 1012 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain beginning to diminish over the area. However, the flood advisory remains in effect while runoff continue to progress. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Livonia, Taylor, Grosse Pointe, Downtown Detroit, Detroit, Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Lincoln Park, Allen Park, Inkster, Hamtramck, Grosse Pointe Woods, Harper Woods, Highland Park, Grosse Pointe Park, Melvindale, Grosse Pointe Farms, River Rouge, Redford and Northeast Detroit.
